International Shipping

We ship worldwide, excluding select remote areas in Asia. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Including all accessories and documentation

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Step 2: Complete Return Authorization

Our team will email you a return authorization form and detailed instructions. Complete and include this form with your return shipment.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Ensure the completed return authorization form is inside the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship the package to our returns centre using a trackable shipping service. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment for its full value.

Step 5: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. You will receive email confirmation when completed.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Chemicals (if opened or used)
  • Aromatherapy & Scents products (if opened)
  • Filters (if opened or used)
  • ClearRay & UV Bulbs (if removed from packaging)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Products missing serial numbers or with altered tags

If you receive a damaged or defective item from these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Exchange Policy

We happily accept exchanges for items of equal value within the 15-day return window:

  • Follow the standard return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your return request
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for international returns to ensure safe delivery to our returns centre.
