We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.

3 Package Your Item

Once your return is authorized, carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include the completed return authorization form inside the package.

4 Ship Your Return

Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring your shipment for its full value. The return shipping address will be provided in your return authorization email.

5 Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. You will receive email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Policy

We happily accept exchanges for items of equal value within the 15-day return window. If you wish to exchange for a different product:

  • Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your return request
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference

International Returns
